Can anyone explain what the attribute sheet stack does in the SQL Server CRT model?

This is something we experiment with for visualization of concurrent-reliance-temporal data. A very brief explanation:

Sheet for Positor: 1 and attribute: Inflation

Positing Changing time

time 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018

20150101 1.0 1.2 1.5 1.2 1.4

20160202 1.1 1.7 1.4 1.5 1.6

20170303 1.3 1.5 1.8 2.0 2.0

The above would be a sheet, showing both with version is in effect at different times (changing time) and what corrections have been made (positing time). There is one sheet per attribute and positor, since a different positor may have a different opinion about the values.
